The Sirui ST-224 Waterproof Carbon Fibre Tripod with ST-20 Ball Head is protected from water, dirt and dust. In addition, it has a newly designed locking mechanism for comfortable operation and a spirit level for accurate alignment. The tripod tubes are manufactured from 8-layer carbon fibre (reduced weight, increased stability, vibration-free). The centre column is made in a triangle shape to enhance rigidity and also allows for the profile of the tripod to be extremely low profile when folded. The legs have three ratchet positions to allow for different angles and extension. The tripod measures just 48cm when collapsed. Each leg is made of 4 sections with 3 sealed twist locks. Rubber feet and metal spikes ensure that the tripod is stable on any surface.

A stabilising hook on the centre column is a SIRUI standard and a transport bag. The bag strap can also be used as a tripod strap.

The Sirui ST-20 Ball Head are designed and built to the highest standards. The ST-20 ball head is ultra low profile while still maintaining high load capacity.

The base and panning clamp can be smoothly rotated by 360 °, thus panoramic shots are a breeze. The clamping device is compatible with the Arca-Swiss system, enabling the use of various quick-release plates. The safety lock system prevents accidental slippage of the quick release plate. The precise control of the knobs allows very smooth and effective locking and unlocking of the individual components. The knob for the friction of the ball can be limited in the ST series.

The black T-004SK Aluminum Tripod with B-00 Ball Head from Sirui is a 4-section support with anodized aluminum legs with magnesium leg sockets. Unlocking the twist locks with a simple turn enables you to extend the legs; with the rapid center column extended, you can achieve a maximum height of 55.1". The legs can be swivelled upwards by 180°, so that the tripod is just 33cm high when folded (with head). Each leg consists of 5 sections with 4 sealed ring locks. The rubber feet allow the tripod to stand securely on any surface.

The cold protection handles are also part of the SIRUI standard, as well as the practical carrying bag.

The tripod offers a removable and extendable center column. The head can therefore be placed directly on the tripod cross, which significantly increases stability. For additional stabilization, there is a small key ring with a carabiner at the bottom of the tripod cross.

The ball head B-00K works very smoothly and softly. The Safety Lock System with Security Pin, which secures the quick release plate and releases it at the push of a button. It is no longer necessary to open the whole clamp. The base can be rotated 360°, ideal for panoramic shots.

Stability and intuitive operation

For more stability, the load hook on the center column can be loaded with e.g. a backpack. The 4 leg sections can be released and locked again in no time at all using the twist locks (ring locks).
